Cancellation and Refund Policy (October 2025 Retreat)
No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel, we will refund your remainder payment if we are able to fill your spot. And we will do our best to do so!
Please know that your retreat fee MAY NOT be transferred to another participant without our approval, or credited to a future retreat. There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services.
Please also know that should you find yourself injured prior to Wilder or in a position to run less than originally planned, we are more than happy to accommodate you! There will be opportunities to run less, walk, or be still, and we will work with you. It is not uncommon to have one intention of how to be and feel before going on retreat, and then find your reality to be different. Wilder is a safe place to come as you are! It’s when we do our best work.
